Watch this postHi everyone, I am a newbie as of five minutes ago.
I am a 70-year-old senior lady and a retired social worker. I am a Nana to four amazing and beautiful children, and two beautiful adult daughters. I am divorced and live happily on my own in Ontario Canada… My career was spent working with homeless families/youth/men/women… I may not have done it all… But I definitely have seen and heard it all during my working years… I love to read, heated to exercise, but do it , and I am totally hooked on Netflix since the Pandemic started I would say I’m fairly intelligent, and keep myself up on all current affairs.
I enjoy a good debate and hearing all sorts Of different views/opinions…. My friends would say, I’m an extremely positive person!

Me too - trouble is, if you start 'debating' online, it can get very, very hostile so quickly these days, plus I hate social media places like Facebook or Twitter or whatever.
I find the older I get the more intolerant I get too! Oh dear.
Ontario seems a very long way away. There was a programme on British TV a while back about a lady who makes programmes about going on cruises, and one of them was on a Great Lakes cruise, Niagara and all that. Your neck of the woods looks very beautiful, but I suspect the climate would be very harsh for Brits. Freezing in winter and baking hot in summer. But very very beautiful and a lot of wilderness left!
