Frozen meals delivery

Hi there wonder if anyone can recommend a ready meals delivery service...have looked at several and finally put an order in with COOK...reviews are fair but not brilliant so I will hope for the best...I really do want good food and am not sure how to go about it as I used to cook but cannot now...If you have used a delivery of frozen meals and they were good I would love to hear from you...

I have been looking for a decent source of ready meals. M&S. Tesco, Sainsburys etc. supply good meals but I am temporarily housebound so I would like a delivery service. My problem is that I do not like pepper or chilli added to my food and my wife is even worse. I have looked and looked and cannot buy sausages without pepper. Ready prepared favourites like shepherds pie all contain pepper. Co-Op Steak and ale pie is OK but I can't live on that for ever and they don't deliver

Are there any members who feel the same way?

I am single lady living in South Manchester who likes to play Cribbage. Does anyone know if there is a Group in my area?

We use Oakhouse foods for my 95 year old mother in law. The mini meals are just the right portion size for a single person. We buy a weeks worth at a time so you need a good freezer cabinet.

Ive had a look at the oakhouse brochure and thought the meals were over priced for what they are.

I use Wiltshire farm food and have been using them for over 2 years, due to ill health they are a life saver. I really enjoy them.
