Dog grooming - are you doing it yourself at the moment?

Is anyone else having to learn how to groom/trim their Schnauzer?

Grooming - Are you doing it yourself at the moment !!!!!!!!

I think you should have put the word 'dogs' after grooming. If the police
read the head line you could get yourself arrested. Just a thought !!

Surprised the editor of posts didn't spot it.

Well done Sally. Maybe the lady didn't know what a 'certain' definition of grooming meant when she posted !!!

I have tried but I think I'd have been better leaving his coat as it was, I used the electric clippers, he gets a lot of sympathy when I take him for a walk now, so he's quite happy

I bought some thinning Sissors from Amazon as I thought I would do less damage to my dog with them but they are useless if anyone its thinking of buying them...might try them on my own hair!!

Hi AnneF72 - I don't have a Schnauzer, but I bought some clippers last week to trim my King Charles Cavalier, however I have not been brave enough to have a go yet! I'm not sure where to start? She could end up looking very tatty! I am contemplating finding a tutorial on YouTube before I start.
