Hair lose and sensitive skin

Hiya

About 4 years ago I stopped putting colour in my hair.

My hair now white. I love it, but it is so very fine.

I use Pantur shampoo and tonic.

Any suggestions on what is the best hair mask to use? Jane

Replied earlier but it seems my post didnt get thru.

Just sharing some beauty tricks that work for me..

Honey mixed with your conditioner will make your hair soft.

Coconut oil ( leave it in your hair overnight then shampoo in the morning) gives your hair a healthy glow.

Rice water aids in hair regrowth and makes your hair strands somewhat thicker.

I havent tried coffee which some claim darkens grey hair.

Thanx Jellina,

I use coconut oil, I put in on on a Sunday if I'm not going out, leave It on all day. I will try the other remedies.

Coffee does darken slightly, and is used as an after towel drying spray. Please dont use instant, this makes it sticky!

Janet59,

Try this.....

Mix 3 teaspoons of olive oil with 1/2 cup of coconut.

Work the mask into the scalp &.massage over your hair, pulling mixture through to the ends.

Try wearing a shower cap or wrapping in plastic wrap to help penetrate.

Keep on for 10-15 mins, then shampoo out!

I like to use products that are already in your food cupboards.

For shiny hair....I love to rinse in diluted cider vinegar also.
