Hattie has left the building - leaving people behind

Hi All, this is not Hattie - it's her daughter.

Mum used to talk about this Silversurfers often, and got a lot of joy from it. She would have been pretty outspoken - her real name was Bernie. I am not sure how close nit or regular users here are, but just in case - She died 21st June last year after a short illness, I was by her side with my cheek on hers when she passed. She took her last breath as the last line of Il Divo - My Way closed. We were listening to them together - she loved Il Divo.

I am currently in England from South Africa and just noticed that she was still logged in. So decided to post this - sorry if it's not appropriate, but Mum always used to say she loved winding everyone up on here, so if it's not appropriate - unlucky 😉 Love Kelly xx

Hello Kelly - so sorry to hear your sad news and yes your mum was a regular, often posting wild animal photos of yours taken in South Africa and lots of foxes from her garden as well.

Sending you my very best wishes - if you want me to delete her account I can do that for you from my end or if you want it to stay open that is fine too. Sally 🙂

Thanks for your comments xx It made me smile reading them...

Can I leave it for just a bit longer? I might have a nosey through her posts - she told me a few stories about her chats on here and I knew she was jolly cheeky sometimes!

Big hugs xx
