Health and fitness bank accounts

This has nothing to do with money, it is just the fact that everything you do on a daily basis has either a positive or a negative affect on your health. To keep your health and fitness bank account in the black you need to make more healthy deposits than unhealthy withdrawals.

I also agree with your post but avoid junk food because I actually prefer home cooked using fresh produce.

I agree with your post entirely, and have actually used the description you have used re bank account, making deposits and withdrawals. Being self aware can be so beneficial to your mind and body, and to put certain things in place on a regular basis should be as important as showering or cleaning your teeth.
