I am not very good with grammar or technology so I hope you will all excuse my errors.
I would be grateful of a chat with anyone, hope everyone is doing well in these strange times 🙂 my son has just taught me how to do an emoji, hope you like it!

I'm new to this site as well!
Well, we are all living in lonely times, aren't we? Pandemic and all that. However, I have been looking for someone to chat with. JUST CHAT! How's that? I was thinking it would be really great just to be able to talk with people. The more I stay at home, the more I WANT to stay at home and I don't think that is such a good idea. I am single and live high on a mountaintop in the Southern United States. It would be great to have a "pen pal" on line! No.Strings.Attached.

My friends who are "homebodies" are not finding it hard to enjoy themselves during the pandemic. They are happy to avoid crowds and enjoy peace at home. I on the other hand, am a bit of an extrovert so I miss the connection with others.

I only have my cats to talk to, I'm a rescuer and fosterer of cats but they don't give a good conversation!

How nice to meet you. I am also feeling the need to meet others in these isolating times. I am actually sitting here drinking my morning coffee reaching out to you. I think this will be my time to log on to the Silversurfers forum most days.
My grown daughters are teaching me about emojis, apparently there are some that I used not knowing that they have a meaning I did not understand Hah! Hah!
These days have given us time, sometimes too much time to be introspective but I think, in my case, it has been a good thing. I so look forward to the days when the virus will be less of a threat. The first thing I will do is go to gathering where there is live music.
