How to beat retirement and find a new goal.

For various reasons, to many of us 'retirement' is a challenge, especially financially. Whatever the reasons, many people cannot afford to retire, but are forced to do so. I am writing a blog discussing ways we can develop an income working from the comfort of home, with no capital outlay. There will be many ideas out there. I have found a way that looks good to me, and I have started to learn 'the trade', so to speak, and my blog will ask for ideas, comments and feedback we can share and hopefully, all benefit. I can't explain the difference in the way I feel since starting to learn how to 'earn' again, to have something to get out of bed for, to have a goal in life again. It's magic! I feel that I have something to share with everyone. Now where do I write this blog please? Thanks. Pete. (bsa.a7)

I think the internet is the best way to work from home and make a few pennies. I have sold stuff on ebay which brings in a few pennies. Its good to have your own website but it needs to be low cost to start with and have a compelling idea.

I am "semi" retired in that I still work hard but don't have set hours like I used to. I enjoy it and like everything its better to have a good balance in life. I would not be happy being totally retired as I would miss talking to colleagues and having my brain doing something.
