In search of a new name for trifle...
Watch this postTrifle is such a traditional British desert, and over the years many versions of the classic sweet dish have evolved. I think the time is right now to evolve a new name for “trifle” … it seems very dated and doesn’t really match the new more exotic versions .. any suggestions??

If people want to make variations on this dish then they should feel free to make their own recipes and call them what they will, but leave our original classics alone. 😮
Maybe we should just not use the name Trifle in the new versions and come up with an alternative, but leave the Classic version alone? After all the Classic Black Forest Gâteaux has kept it heritage along with many others!
