Is this Sciatica?
Watch this postI haven't seen a doctor but feel fairly sure I'm suffering from sciatica.
The pain goes from my backside right down my left leg.
If I sit or lie down for long it's really painful when I get up.
Has anyone got any tips please?

I suffer from sciatica. I have a slip disc and disc degeneration (ages related). You should see your doctor and start the treatment. I start my 6 weeks physio on Tuesday.
