Local service cuts as needs increase

Interesting how services are being cut again. How is the situation allowed to develop where cuts are possible? Did you ever hear of expenditure being increased as a deliberate policy? We hear of NHS etc. being in debt. Surely if you are given a sum to see you over a year you can only be in debt if someone lends you money when you have spent your allocation. Weird.

All government programs are funded by tax dollars. In theory what you are saying is right, except ,how does the government control rising cost??? This added to the addition to the health cost of immigrants, those granted asylum and refugees putting an additional strain on the system. As these people do not pay taxes therefore the draw on the system is without additional tax revenue, therein lies a moral dilemma, how do we decide who does/does not get medical care, essentially, who lives and who dies????
