Looking for a cruise companion
Watch this postHi Everyone, I hope you all are having a nice day! I'm Corrine, I just signed up. I googled, "how to find a travel companion and this site attracted my eye because we are all around the same age. I'm mostly interested in a cruise compatible companion.
When I post this on facebook, they thought I was crazy, lol but look I found on here, I'm not the only one searching. Long story short, I went on my first cruise with my sister in June 2019 to Alaska and I had the best time of my life! This was also my sister's first cruise so on the second day of our cruise we were looking to book our second cruise to the Mediterranean but she was talking about in 2022, I want to go next year!

I HATE how the cruise lines hit solo travellers, I feel it’s discrimination! There are more and more of us solo travellers out there these days, perhaps they should be thinking of different cabin configurations.
I have 3 cruises booked next year (with friends) but am already keen to head off again in 2024! And they’re not, If Russia sorts itself out I’d like to do a Russian rivers cruise and I quite fancy the USA Mississippi one on Viking, but other than that, nothing thought about seriously yet.

I'm new to this site say one week ago. I've never talked with anyone from Australia! Here I was starting to think this site really only represents the UK right or wrong. I'm retired from management in the Hospitality Field ie GM. I live in very west central Indiana ie area know as Fairview Park. I would talking should you agree.

I travel a lot generally (forget the covid hiatus) but get riled up when I see cruise prices for singles. I do go with friends but sometimes it just doesn't work out hence my having a bit of a look online. I also get annoyed when special offers are issued but must be booked in a couple of weeks for 2 years down the track! Who knows what I will be doing in 2024 or beyond!

I love the line as there is so much to do aboard the ship, or you can do nothing if that’s your thing. I am currently planning to do the cruise with my son and his partner, but don’t want to intrudetheir space.
