Looking to make new friends in the West Yorkshire area

Hi, I live in West Yorkshire, just separated. Divorce going through, moving to new area soon but not sure where. Would love to chat to people or even possibly coffee. I'm 60, but reasonable active, have varied interests. Feel very lonely at time, my children don't have a lot to do with me.

Hello Kimbykimbers

A while ago you were searching to make like-minded friends from your local area as have many of our other existing members and until now, this has not been easy to do. I am now delighted to say that we have just launched Local Community- a new area on the website that can associate your postal district with other members in the same geo location as you, if you wish to. This means that our members can offer each other support and assistance and connect with new friends in their area. Local Community will also enable you to find local events (in the future!), resources and news from fellow members and local businesses. We are inviting you to be one of the first members to use this section, so feel free to post a new topic to reach out to members in your local area. Here is the link to the new Local Community section - https://www.silversurfers.com/silversurfers-local/

Best wishes,

Melina
