If her back legs are weak it could be neuropathy, which means diabetes. A diagnosis, a new diet and daily injections of insulin will bring her legs back to full strength but it must be done soon and must be done diligently. The nerves are degenerating but they do grow back with diet and insulin. Pets usually tolerate the shots very well as the needles are extremely small and thin, and a few treats after each shot helps them accept it. Once they start getting their legs back, and feeling better overall, you will have a happy pet again. Another possibility is arthritis, which means anti-inflammatories and pain killers, same as us. Either way, the sooner you get her to a vet the better.

That's a shame ... how old is she? Have you taken her to the vets - I know you can get medication to help this condition so hopefully you can check this out?
