I lost 16 kilo 2 ½ stone in 10 weeks, never feel hungry the whole thing has been very easy to do. I no longer want to eat the sort of foods I used to, and am very happy with my tweaked keto diet. As a bonus my blood pressure has gone from 190/95 to a brilliant 118/79 so win double I have a lot more energy and feel great. I used to get out of breath walking to the end of the garden I now briskly walk 4 miles every day weather permitting. Keto has completely changed my life. Anyone want more details I would be very happy to give a more in depth account on how I did it. And no this is not a scam, I'm not selling anything and my story is completely free if anyone is interested.

I went on the Keto diet. I was losing weight and feeling good about myself. Eating absolute minimum carbs but eating set amounts of protein and fats, I also was walking for exercise. I was losing weight and felt good about myself. I fell off the wagon as I was using a table showing all different foods and their nett carb values. It worked but its so absolutely boring what you can eat. I don’t think I can ever face a Brussels sprout again for the rest of my life. Alain

It's a simple as calories in versus out! I lost 30 lbs recently just by paying attention to how many calories I was eating. You can still have treats if they fit into your calorie limit, but high protein, low calorie foods like egg whites or lean meats, and grains like quinoa, will help keep you full longer. Also, drink a large glass of water before each meal or snack, as you'll feel full faster. There's no gimicks that will help you lose weight, it's just calorie deficit. Not a doctor of course, just my personal experience!

I decided to cut out any rubbish food and have seen the results by the way my clothes are becoming quite loose.

Recently I started the keto diet. Spent a couple of days detoxing, now am trying to make this diet interesting without carbs. Lost 5 lbs rather quickly, now it will hopefully be a steady drop in weight until I reach my goal. Although dropping a few pounds is a good motivator, my main focus is on healthy eating and preventing disease. Have been a healthy 'nut' for several years, but need to be more consistent.
I prefer not to be on a 'diet', but practising a healthy life style.

I have had 4 shoulder operation, a new knee ( in the last 5 years ) and bad back ,scaitata, so I find it difficult to exercise .This diet is working . I'm on the 2nd week ,feels easier.

Hi NannyNatasha,

Diet no, eat well , have breafast every morning if you can,
light lunch and small dinner, ..
But lots of exercise.

To lose weight you must exercise. Find a class you can enjoy and stick to it,
you may suprise yourself.. probably a group class.
