New here and looking for friendship
Watch this postI am also a walker, have two dogs.
My kids are far away so sadly don't get to see them during this shutdown.
My grandson 9-years old. has been calling and texting me daily to check up on me, so that makes my day.
I ask myself daily who can I communicate with today? So I thought I'd say HEY here!

Not so much at present, unfortunately.
Have just joined so thought I should give a hello.
During this lockdown I’ve discovered that I need to widen my social circle, albeit online. I have no family and am on my own, so conversations with friends tends to happen on the phone. That’s fine but I guess it can be a bit restricting as we know one another too well. Subject matter starts to dwindle!
Anyway, hello again and hope to ‘talk soon’.
I’m in a similar position- only child lives in New Mexico!
Feeling alone like never before.
I’m 62, work in a museum, (furloughed atm) and an very much into art & craft- beading and making stained glass.
