New to this website is it any good????

Having reached the over 50 's stage I decided to broaden my horizons by joining this website, but is it any good I ask ?? It seems to have all the topics that equates to an over 50's person but what about keeping young , I'm interested in Tai chi and exploring my spiritul side. I don't want to moan about life. Is there anyone out there that can fire up my enthusiasm of being part of this unique community ??

I think you get out of it what you want and I don't think it will prevent you from keeping young. Some will take discussions etc. more seriously than others but I find it can be entertaining in different ways and I'm glad I found the site as I also found interesting people.
