I am a 15 year survivor of breast cancer and secretary to a group in my local area for ladies dealing with the treatment and beyond for breast cancer. Our group has about 40 members and it had been a very helpful to myself and our ladies to have had the support and friendship of other survivors. If you are going through treatment or just need advice, look out for a support group where you live. It may help you, even if just to get reassurance that you're not alone.
