Petitions & Brexit

Surely we have all seen the petitions on line, some small ones pro brexit, and some small, medium and HUGE petitions Pro EU. Even though many have been debated, most are simply responded to with pure properganda type government 'soundbites'.

Are these petitions worth while or a wast of time?

Have you signed the article 50 one? https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/241584

Is it worth signing after they have been debated? Will Brexit happen or not?

Brexit is a real bummer ! More and more of the population have realised how shallow and politically inept are those in May's Cabinet . If perchance the Brexit deal flounders through the inevitable will occur with Ireland becoming reunited and Scotland becoming independent and staying / rejoining the EU . Be warned !

I have signed a few petitions to revoke Article 50 . I am sure that nothing will come of them - but it at least shows that members of the public just want this whole fiasco to go away.

All seems to be futile at present because when it reaches 100,000 and it is debated, parliament is split on that just like it is on brexit negotiations.
