Semenya ruling fair and reasonable

The decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport dismissing Semenya's appeal and insisting she and other hyper -androgynous athletes to medicate to suppress their abnormally high testosterone levels is a victory for common sense and restores a level playing field on the World stage.

Gender and sexual politics must be dealt with in the interest of the majority.

Sad decision Y but really inevitable , Think the difference between physical and mental abilities very relevant , Caster S is the equivalent of a 3 litre car competing against 2 litre jobs . Seems a nice person and certainly not her fault but sport such as athletics must be a level playing field . Reminds me of watching races at our local Highland Games when the athletic events were handicapped events with the starting place past dependent on past performances. !
