Slugs in the garden

Any remedies for slugs control in the garden, please? I am not keen on using slug pellets as I have to pick them up in the mornings, and it is rather an unpleasant job! Help!

I couldn't get rid of my plague of slugs, so decided to make some frog habitats, very easily done with a small plant pot,a replenishable/washable water splash & some small stones around it...1 year later slug free! 🙂
