.age is all in the mind, think yourself old and you will be, using your age as an excuse for not doing something? you'll age quicker than you can you can say boo! the problem most people make is giving 'permission' to others to put them into a box labelled 'old' ....most of us are defined by others, others tell us how we should act, what we should like, what we should be doing at certain times in our lives.... this is all * ( insert which ever word you like)....btw i'm 52
For most people middle age really is around 35. Yes 35. I remember being 40 and feeling young in body. I had a 4 year old the.
I am over fifty now and boy do I feel it. Still very young at heart.:-)
However, in my mind I am still 21 even if the body doesn't move as fast as it did then.
Age to me is just a state of mind. How many of us daydream about our teenage/younger years as though it were only yesterday. I certainly do.
This Yorkshire lass will always be young, no matter how old she gets :-):-)
