Super Underweight

I am the opposite of most people. I loose weight every time I get sick, and then have a very hard time putting it back on. I have tried numerous things, adding high calorie ice cream, just 1/4 c day.....maybe I should make it more? Eating lots of potatoes w/sour cream, that kind of worked for a while. I'm now trying to eat 6 sml meals a day, but having a hard time getting in all 6. High carbs, which I don't really like that much. I have some physical problems that make it hard for me to fix anything that takes more than a few minutes, or do it with rest periods. Any suggestions???

Perhaps you should ask your doctor for a meeting with a trained dietitian who could help you retrain your digestion. I do not think you can solve this on your own. A proper diet sheet and regular times would be good. Also probiotic yoghurts like Kefir and Smoothies would be better than potatoes and ice cream I think! Good luck
PS I have had tummy problems of my own since my early 20s.
