When do you most feel alone?

I'm curious - it's only between certain hours I feel overwhelmed then other times I feel complete.

I’m with you on the evening loneliness. Not too bad in Summer when I can still be outside but now, after curtains are drawn, and although I’ve a great dog, a log fir and and a g&t, I can feel very alone. Then and when, as still happens, I roll over in bed and sling an arm out, then wake with a jolt because I’m by myself. That really stings.
It’s good to acknowledge openly that loneliness is an issue for so many....keeping quiet about it must do lots of harm, almost as though it’s some sort of affliction that one needs to feel guilty or embarrassed about. It’s not.

Hi justme60, It's been a roller coaster today. Went to the Eye Dr. almost canceled because of this covid stuff, Glad I went though. Was doing fairly well late tonight & then I went down again. My antidepressants have been discontinued & it's making life rough. I'm not sure there is anything out there that is similar. I've been watching kids movies in the evenings, something happy, even some of them are sad, so gotta be careful what I choose. Justme if we can change our "names" I'd like to suggest you change yours to something that puts you way above the "just" category. Something I read earlier about helping with moods, respecting ourselves.
