Love your cat. Just looks like my old Tom,who I sadly lost last year. I'm near Saltaire, West Yorkshire

I was born in Bradford I hate to admit as it isn't very nice in most parts now, and it is very rare I go there.

Saltaire though is very nice, and a very famous place known for Salts Mill, the beautiful Saltaire United Reformed Church opposite, and the many houses in the village built by Sir Titus Salt in the 1800s for his mill workers.

I've seen the Hockney exhibition you speak of although I'm no expert...I would say your comments had little to do with your divorce lol !

I live in Cornwall, and have done for more than half my life. Love it, it is now in my blood. I love the beaches in winter, the woods all the year round. We live in a lovely village with a close community. We, as a county have wonderful eateries, posh and not so posh all offering wonderful food. My husband and I were very lucky with employment and had good jobs all our working lives here in this county. We overlook fields of sheep and cattle and a river. We have good neighbours and many friends. We count our blessings.

Jeanmark, love your nickname for Yodama - Yinxy, sounds great! Have a cake for me when you meet up but definitely not a cream cake as I don't like cream - now lemon drizzle or chocolate is another story (and yet another 6 inches on my hips!)

Good afternoon, Yinxy and Jeanmark! I shall search the skies in anticipation of your imminent arrival - best china and napkins at the ready. The girdle sounds interesting and could be a real money-spinner - hope you have patented it. Hopefully your drone would also scare off the neighbourhood cats who appear to prefer my garden to their own; they are, at the moment, sitting next to the cat scarers which are supposed to send out a high-pitched beam of noise which cats and dogs dislike. Hmmmm - obviously back to the drawing-board on that one!

A flying saucer - well, that would set the curtains twitching and the chins wagging!!! A Cake bust..ier sounds a bit like one of those rubber roll-on type things my Mum used to wear but if it does the trick - who cares?
Thank you for the tip about the lion poo - it sounds good and with a giant water-pistol, the job's a 'good un' 🙂 Not sure about the aloe vera face mask although it might be good for burns.

I think you should post a picture of the facemask Yodama

Originally from Plymouth but spent most of my youth in Southampton. My name is easier to pronounce than my real surname and it's the name I chose for my photography website
