Writing my life story

I have just joined, so: Hello! At the moment I am writing my life story so that my children and grandchildren know about my background.

I would love to hear from someone who might be possibly doing the same thing with a view that we could give each other support and advice.

I very much looking forward to hearing from whoever would be interested in doing so.

Hi Asor
How interesting! I have been thinking about writing my story for a year now. About 30yrs ago a clairvoyant told me I would write my story and it would be great and not to laugh and I did laugh. That was when I was at uni going out with an american saxophone player who was mad about motorbikes as I was. Now lots of years later, my kids graduated and left the home, and I recently retired from civil service, I'm reevaluating my life. I have unbelievable tales but would it be believable - depends how is told, I assume.

I joined this site about 2 weeks ago and this post is quite old so you may not wish to be here.
Anyway it would be good how you a re getting on
all the best
