What advice would you share with younger generations?

The wisdom that comes with age is a wonderful thing – we have the ability to see and understand things with hindsight that we weren’t able to in the moment.

Asking older adults to share advice with a younger generation can be illuminating for people of all ages – it gives us an opportunity to see things from a different perspective and benefit from hard-earned wisdom without making all the mistakes to get there.

Like the video below illustrates, at every age we have something useful to share with someone a little younger than us. The knowledge you choose to share can be light-hearted, touching, practical or serious.
