Ever Fancied Owning Your Own Racehorse?

Have you ever watched the race meetings at Royal Ascot or perhaps the Cheltenham Festival and wondered what it would be like to own a horse and enjoy the thrills and excitement that ownership brings? Now you have the opportunity to do just that!

Surrey Racing was set up in 2015 by two friends, Clive Hadingham and Steve Grubb who are passionate about racing. They offer the necessary expertise to provide ownership without the administrative hassle that is involved in buying, registering and training top quality racehorses. Steve and Clive have built successful professional careers and share a love for horseracing, developed through many years of ownership. Surrey Racing was set up in response to the lack of professionalism and impersonal communication that they experienced in many other syndicates and offers a friendly, sociable and affordable way to take your enjoyment of racing to the next level.

To join the excitement and own a share of a top thoroughbred racehorse there are just two simple steps:

  1. Purchase of your share (the typical cost will be between £2000-£4000 per 5% share depending on the horse);
  2. Payment of a fixed monthly fee of £175 per 5% share to cover training fees and miscellaneous administrative expenses such as transport, race entry, jockey fees, vets fees etc. There is no extra to pay.

In addition to all the benefits associated with racehorse ownership on the day (including a share of any prize money) you will also have the chance to visit the stables, watch your horse on the gallops and meet with the jockeys and trainers. Priceless moments for anyone with an interest in racing.

Surrey Racing have shares available in horses that have been handpicked by the team, the trainers and respected bloodstock agents. Entries will mainly be for races at tracks in the South of England but we will never turn down the chance of a big purse elsewhere in the country or even overseas!
