Terms & Conditions for Canine Ketchup

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

1. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company, however we will pass the winners details on to our service providers and/or agents in order for you to receive your prize.
4. The closing date is 31st July 2020 11.59pm.
5. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this prize draw. 
6. The delivery address for the prize must be within the UK.
7. Canine Ketchup cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury to you or your pet as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize.
8. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
9. The winners will receive 3 bottles of Canine Ketchup and a lick mat
10. The prize draw is not open to employees associated with Silversurfers, and their Associated companies or their families.
11. Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of Canine Ketchup
12. The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email) by 5th August 2020
13. The winner of the prize must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize.
14. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
15. Silversurfers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prize winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity via social media.
17. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter, the Prize Partner or associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or social network standards.
18. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
19. Entrants may only enter this competition once
20. These rules are governed by English law.

22. The prize provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this competition should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw.
23. The closing date for this prize draw may be extended.
24. The Promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries.
25. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
