Terms & Conditions for A Weekend Away With HF Holidays!

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

1. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers and HF Holidays. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing at any time.
3. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company, however we will pass your details on to our service providers and agents.
4. The closing date is Wednesday 30th September 2015 11.59pm.
5. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.
6. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
7. Prize consists of a three night Country House Escape for two adults at any of HF Holidays’ Country Houses around the UK. Includes Full Board accommodation, an OS map and detailed guidebook to the area.
8. Holiday is to be taken before 31 May 2016 (excluding Christmas and New Year) and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room. No purchase necessary. Voucher will be issued to claim the prize.
9. The prize is non transferable, non refundable and subject to availability. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, one prize entry per household.
10. Spending money, travel insurance, optional activities and personal expenditure or incidental costs are the responsibility of the winners. Travel to the holiday location is not included.
11. No expenses in relation to the prize are covered.
12.  Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
13. The prize draw is not open to employees associated with Silversurfers, and their Associated companies or their families.
14. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted within 28 days by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, HF Holidays reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
15. Silversurfers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prize winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity via social media.
17. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter, the Prize Partner or associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or social network standards.
18. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
19. Entrants may only enter this competition once
20. These rules are governed by English law.

22. The prize provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this competition should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw.
