The essence of tailor-made travel

Wexas Travel specialises in tailor-made holidays across all seven continents. Whether you’re looking for a winter adventure, a quintessential safari, a luxury cruise or to simply relax on a beach, they’ll consider your interests and personal preferences, and create an itinerary that’s specific to you.

That’s the beauty of tailor-made travel. Their aim is simply to help you plan your ideal holiday, and to organise it flawlessly.

Winter travel

The wintry snowscapes of the Arctic wilderness are guaranteed to provide opportunities for exploration and discovery. Snowy adventures and winter activities in destinations such as Iceland and Scandinavia offer a great chance of viewing the Northern Lights as well as an exciting range of ‘winter safaris’ by snowmobile, husky or reindeer sled. Stay in an ice hotel or soak in a hot tub beneath the stars, and depending on where you travel, you can also enjoy king crab fishing, ice rally driving, ice fishing and much more.

A luxury safari in the wilderness of East or Southern Africa is an unbeatable experience; the thrill of getting close to majestic wildlife and elegant birdlife forges a lifetime connection to nature. Luxury safari lodges flourish across this diverse continent; from Botswana’s Okavango Delta, the saltpans and sand dunes of Namibia to the great nature reserves of South Africa. Family-run camps in Rwanda offer outstanding opportunities to see wild gorillas, while a safari in Tanzania’s Serengeti can be rounded off with a restful beach break in Zanzibar.

Beach holiday

Of course, sun, sea and sand are still the classic holiday combination, from intimate private islands with stunning ocean views to luxury all-inclusive spa resorts. The Indian Ocean is a scene-stealer when it comes to white sand beaches and crystal-clear seas, while the Caribbean is a favourite for water sports coupled with beach time. The Mediterranean and Adriatic, Thailand and Vietnam or coastlines of Mexico and Costa Rica all offer amazing beach holidays with a rich variety of activities alongside pure relaxation.

Cruising allows you to travel in style and comfort, whilst seeing some of the world’s most spectacular sights. From grand ocean liners to boutique river ships, the choice is seemingly endless. Whether you want to indulge yourself in the Caribbean, explore the Mediterranean or have an adventure in the Polar Regions, see the world in a different way on your ideal cruise.

Hi, you have probably been and gone and come back again but we did a short trip to Tromso a couple of years ago and had a great time.
We went on all the excursions (boat trip, wilderness trip etc) and didn't get to see the lights and then the last night we were there we saw them from the comfort of our bedroon window - I even managed to get a photo which I was really proud of.
One of the highlights for us was the dog sledging - it was brilliant!
We met a professional photographer on the plane coming home and he had been there to take photos of the Northern Lights and his shots were so amazing I actaully bought a copy of a limited edition one from him.
