The skies are now open…but is your travel insurance adequate?

Although British holidaymakers are able to visit some of their favourite European destinations, there are still many travel restrictions throughout the world.

With most travel insurers withdrawing their products completely, it has become increasingly difficult to find adequate travel insurance.

Staysure is leading the way by giving travellers the option to keep their European trip covered – even if the FCO advise against all but essential travel. Their new optional add-on gives customers the ability to go abroad with a policy which covers them for non-COVID related claims*.

So, if you feel safe to go to places like Spain or France, despite the FCO advice, then adding the European FCO Travel Advice Extension to your policy means you can still be covered.

By adding the additional option to your policy, you will be covered for medical expenses, repatriation and accommodation costs (unrelated to COVID-19).

If something unexpected happens while you’re on holiday, and therefore the FCO advises travellers to go back home, Staysure will also pay you up to £1,000 for any additional accommodation and travel expenses that you might need.

Before you go make sure you check that you have met the entry requirements of the country you’re going to, as well as any local government guidelines.

5 Star Defaqto protection for you and your family in these challenging times – from The UK’s No1 Travel Insurance Provider!

Don’t forget to check government guidance for the country you’re visiting in case of restrictions.
