What’s the best way to stay fit and active as you age?

From swimming to weight lifting, there are plenty of ways to stay fit as you age, and each has its own unique benefits.

Yoga can improve strength and flexibility, while walking offers a chance to keep your heart strong through cardio exercise. Others prefer low-impact activities like swimming and aqua fitness classes.
