Love scrolling through Silver Smiles. Just sent my husband the joke about the hearing aid. I have recently found out that I have hearing loss in both ears and have just had a pair of hearing aids fitted which I am slowly getting used to. We have had some amusing moments while we both get used to me wearing them.

Hi each if anyone is still alive, as this is my second comment just after joining (the first one on films). The last film comment was 2014, the same as this. so either its a time warp where i have gone into the future or, well .... the other is far too dreadful to think about.

Feel really cheered now. Woke to a beautiful morning that made me feel sad as it was the sort of morning that I would have gone for a lovely long walk if I had someone to walk with or my dog hadn't died. Thought I would look on the internet to see what else was going on in my area but I have put a security code on my internet access to prevent the grandchildren going onto sites that might cost me money and I can't remember what it is. So joined Silversurfers and feel so much brighter.
