How likely do you think family gatherings will be this Christmas? My husband and I have decided to spend Christmas at home on our own, no matter what the restrictions are, but this is a personnel choice and we will use video calls to contact our family. However, if we had chosen to spend it with family, we certainly would have.ViewDate:

Does the future look brighter? This deal if you read the documents gives no assurance we will leave and be free to do our own trade deals, come out of fishing and agricultural policies, as well as the ECJ. It is only a statement of intent and not a certainty. The backstop totally makes a mockery of any negotiating powers, as it totally favours the EU and is not in our interest at all. For remainers, this is a gift, for leavers its a nightmare. 17.4 million people voted to leave the EU completely. Leave completely is what we should do.....ViewDate:

How confident do you feel that the Government can deliver Brexit to the benefit of the country?Confidence in this government and in May as been totally destroyed. We voted out for everything, not a partially in/out deal. The EU has been totally dismissive of everything we have attempted to gain agreement on. Blamed us for not having a plan, used EU citizens living here who May has always said would be able to remain and the Irish Border as a red herrings. They have never done anything to negotiate properly, just No No No. We should leave now, no more money, no more compromises on our part. If they want to trade with us, then let them come running. Sad that Dave Davis and Boris Johnson have resigned as trusted both of them but feel Dave Davis has been hindered by a remaining government.
