Travelling to Mexico. Any advice!!I'm pleased to hear of your family's upcoming trip to Mexico, @mrwildavson. It truly is a country with immense natural beauty, deep cultural heritage and a rich history worth experiencing. Cancun is deservedly one of the most visited beach resort towns globally, perfect for relaxation. Puerto Vallarta also on the west coast deserves consideration, excelling in watersports like diving and snorkeling. The resort town of Cabo San Lucas or simply "Cabo" at Baja California's tip offers upscale amenities and dining. Additionally, the town of Tulum features an ancient Mayan fortress amidst a Bohemian atmosphere. While English proficiency varies, English is spoken by the young and educated in tourist centers. Still, learning some basic Spanish beforehand like greetings and inquiries proves helpful. To ensure a hassle-free experience, I'd recommend engaging local guides from a reputable source.ViewDate:

Touring Japan - any advice welcomeJapan is definitely a place with many memorable destinations worth seeing. When I visited in my youth as a solo traveler, I was lucky to have local friends to guide me around. While independent exploration is possible, a tour can provide valuable guidance, especially for return trips without personal contacts. As someone hoping to experience Japan's wonders again in the future, this discussion on travel companies is interesting to consider for navigating an encore visit without my past companions. Wishing you safe and enjoyable travels, wherever they may lead!
