Another Year

The year now coming to a close,

Leaves of Gold, Red and Brown lost to the ground,

Naked trees for miles around,

Animals gone to Hibernation,

Birds flown to warmer climes,

Peoples complexions changing with the cold,

The fullness of the country side ebbed away,

Leaving an empty space within ones thoughts,

Questions unanswered maybe for a lifetime,

Here comes another Year………………………….

Hello !....... Silversurfers .......... I'm Harry and am interested in writing lyrics for songs or poetry. I have enjoyed reading what other members have been showcasing. I took up the Guitar a few years ago to try and put some melody to some of my lyrics, wow ! very challenging .....for me anyways. I have worked in many jobs throughout my life, met many people and made many a wrong choice if only to get to right place................. : )
