Stir Fried CauliShoots

Serve as a tasty side dish or equally good as a quick and easy lunch – tender CauliShoots are so versatile!

Serves: 4, as a side
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

You’ll need

250g CauliShoots
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2cm ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 red chilli, sliced
2 spring onions, finely chopped

What to do

Put a large pan of water on a high heat and bring to the boil. Turn down to a simmer and top with a steamer. Add the CauliShoots and steam for 5 minutes.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok on a medium high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.

Add the steamed CauliShoots and stir fry until golden. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.

Serve topped with the sesame seeds, chilli and spring onions.
