Toasted Bagels with Strawberries, Honey and Cream Cheese

With just 150 calories per serving these delicious bagels are a great healthy breakfast or delicious brunch snack. 

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes

You will need:

2 Bagels

100g low fat cream cheese

100g Viva strawberries sliced

1 tbsp runny honey

 

What to do:

Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast. Spread with the cream cheese, top generously with strawberries, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
