Are you getting enough magnesium in your diet?

If you’re suffering from muscle cramps, craving chocolate, are anxious, have trouble sleeping or suffer from migraines then you may just be deficient in magnesium.

Magnesium plays an important role in keeping our bodies healthy. One of its primary benefits is helping to convert the food we eat into energy. It also has plenty of other roles from keeping our teeth and bones strong, balancing hormones, regulating muscle contractions and blood pressure and supporting a healthy nervous and cardiovascular system.

In short, magnesium is essential to help keep our entire bodies ticking over on a daily basis.

Benefits of magnesium

It has been suggested that magnesium may help with the following:

  • Osteoporosis
