From cost saving measures to concerns about animal welfare, there are dozens of reasons for going vegetarian, and each is as unique as the individual.

Not completely vegetarian but only eat meat once a week will be cutting that out soon

I'm not a vegetarian, but did try for a year, ages ago. I do try to have 3-4 veggie meals per week. Im not really a great meat and would probably go back to it full time if I could figure out how to get more protein in my diet.

We do not eat much meat now and I worry a lot about animal welfare. Only the other day I read about this shortage of CO2 gas meanst Pigs are being taken to slaughterhouses in the heat of summer (and its 30c today) in trucks for 300 miles. That just cannot be right in this day and age.
