Which is your favourite Beatles Number 1 Single?

Every year on June 25, Global Beatles Day is celebrated. Often referred to as the world’s love letter day to the band, it was founded in 2009 and includes people collectively celebrating and rejoicing the band’s ideals and promoting their music and words.

Most fans of the Beatles would argue that even more than half a century after their first single, they are still the biggest, most influential group in the history of pop music.

During May 1963 to June 1969, the Beatles spent a total of 69 weeks with a number one single.   17 singles made it to the number one spot and the question is:

As a Stones fan I never liked the Beatles but will concede that Hey Jude is a decent song. The rest is commercial tat.
