Mouster's bio
I am a 65 year old man who lives in Edenvale Gauteng. We are about 10km from Johannesburg. I have always believed that getting old is mandatory where as growing up is optional. I suffered a stoke about three years ago and it has left me left handed which is a bit of a problem because for 62 years I was right handed. Oh well if life gives us lemons the only thing to do is make lemonade. -

Anyone interested in paranormal experiences?Hi Maria-g, I am married to a psychic and she talks to dead people all the time. I was very sceptical at first but after 38 years I have witnessed too much to have any doubts now. I remember one particular instance where a young girl of about 20 was brought along by her mother. She wore baggy dirty clothes, her hair was a mess and she wore no make up. My wife said she would like to do the readings separately but they insisted that they would both be together. The first question she asked the daughter was when was she raped. There were a lot of denials but my wife said "I didn't ask if, I asked when". There were lots of tears and it came out that she was 13 when a family friend had raped her in her own bedroom. That reading changed her life and she became more assertive and stopped acting up. The second occasion that comes to mind is a woman who came for a reading, she had a very Jewish surname and it was assumed that she was Jewish. My wife said she could see a little bent old lady doing a strange dance in a field of spinach. The woman asked if she could show her the dance so me wife got up and did a couple of steps for her. She immediately recognized it as the national dance of Madeira and the old woman as her late grandmother. They had a smallholding and one of there main crops was spinach.ViewDate:

Do other people feel the same way as I do. Strawberries used to be small and sweet and flavoursome. They are grown for size because they look better when displayed in your local supermarket. In order to get to the size they take on a lot more water and that dilutes the taste.ViewDate:

Pen palsI would be only too happy to have a couple of email pals. Apart from bills and adverts I don't think there is much use for snail mail anymore. If you would like to contact me my address is [email protected]ViewDate:

MEMORIESYou left out Boys Own Magazine, I remember that one with some fondness as I built a boat from a tiny little diagram cos it used to be the size of the Readers Digest. The only problem was I built it in the box room on the third floor and I won't tell you what Dad said when we tried to get it downstairs.ViewDate:

The 60s ... What did like best about the 60s?To start off with I liked the prices, everything was cheaper. Do you remember the days when 5 bob in your pocket made feel like a wealthy man, an icecream was 6d and for 9d you could watch a movie with popcorn and orange squash thrown in :-D Then there was the Goon Show on radio and that(( dirty old man)) Septoe and Son on TV. I left the UK in 65 to come to South Africa but it was just not the same. I was 16 at the time and in the UK we had just plucked up the courage to sneak into Pubs and enjoy an ale now and then. In SA there were no pubs just fancy bars in the hotels. there were a few down by the docks in Durban but no place for a 16 year old. It was a pretty boring time but then we moved up to Rhodesia and the social scene there was much better. We had just arrived when the 11th of November came around and we declared UDI. That was 1965 and nobody seemed to give a dam. Life went on as normal. it was only towards the end of the 60's and the beginning of the 70's that we started to feel the pinch.ViewDate:

Public ProfileThey give you lots of space to write but I am not too sure what to say. I guess the easiest thing to say is hi. Although I used to be involved with the Theater at one stage in my life ad-libbing was never my strong point. -
