Toffee Cranberry PuddingIt would be helpful to have all regulo and times for the varied ways of cooking, for instance air fryer/Fahrenheit/ etc. I sometimes cook the recipes whilst visiting my family in America and have to convert to Fahrenheit.ViewDate:

Do you agree with the newly proposed Highway Code hierarchy system?Hi Sally, I don’t live in Surrey, I live in Kent.ViewDate:

Do you agree with the newly proposed Highway Code hierarchy system? We live near Herne Bay, the roads all around us were originally constructed for horse and cart and are only two lanes wide. They were not made for large cars like we have today so if cyclists are being advised to ride two abreast and we must leave 2 metres gap between our car and the outside cyclist, 1. It will be dangerous to overtake 2. Rush hour will be more horrendous on these roads than it is already. 3. There is no need to change it if everyone is considerate of other people 4. Whoever thought these rules up do not consider the size and state of the roads we have in this countryViewDate:

Will you watch the Sussexes' Oprah interview?Considering that Harry, who was one of my favourite Royals, wanted a quiet life away from the public eye, he’s doing his best to make sure he stays in it. The man has really changed since he met his wife and I do think she has had a hand in playing with his mind. It is so sad for the the Queen and for him as well, that the gulf between him and his family is growing wider and wider.ViewDate:

Should the Proms be stripped of its favourite vocals? It’s about time we said as a Nation ‘enough is enough’. By changing words, taking statues and pictures down, etc, etc., will not change history. We should learn from history. Instead of looking back and erasing what has actually happened look at slavery today, it is still going on. Put our energy, voices and actions into stopping today’s slavery, which is as bad, if not worse, than what has gone. Worse, because we know it goes on but sit on our haunches and ignore it. Rule Brittania and Land of Hope & Glory should be used as battle songs against today’s forms of slavery. I, for one, will not watch Last Night at the Proms if our favourite and patriotic final songs are not played.ViewDate:

Is the UK Government doing enough to lessen the spread of Covid-19?We will only combat it if people start to take on general hygiene etiquette, a lot do not think they should. Our hospital staff need protection but how, there are not enough staff to manage normally. If they start to go down with it, or heaven forbid their children or elderly relatives, then, like the rest of us, they are going to need time off. Personally I think the Government have got to get their heads together properly and come up with some effective strategies, taking into consideration what they are doing in countries like Italy who are going through the worst phase of it.ViewDate:

Will you tune in to the first General Election televised debate? As the two major parties, one of which will certainly win this election, I’m glad it is only these two to start with. This will be a shambles but, with all of them there, it would be a debacle. I will most probably start to watch but usually get fed up with it a little way through, because they never answer the questions that need to be asked, just end up trying to outdo each other. The other sessions I won’t watch because it just ends up a shouting match. This is my opinion and do not need people coming back at me having a go.ViewDate:

Should playing tag in the playground be banned in Primary Schools?Fighting In the playground should be stopped but playing tag! No wonder there are children with weight problems, for some of them running and playing in the playground is the only exercise they get. It helps them learn team work, working together and how to lose with grace. If they do not like the ‘rougher’ type of games they can go to another part of the playground with other children who do not want to join in and play quieter games. What they should be teaching them is that everyone does not want to do the same things and that, that is ok. Don’t bully them into taking part but all get together for a quieter activity at another time. Teach them that we are not/do not want to do the same things together all the time. Head teachers like this should receive re-education on learning how to get on with each other.ViewDate:

Should 'wolf-whistling' be a crime?Personally, I have not heard wolf whistling in the streets for a long time. Unless you are the only one on the street, how do you know it is being aimed at you. If you don’t like it, ignore it, simples. This is a complete and utter waste of Police time, at a period when they are severely understaffed and there are more things, like street crimes, people trafficking, etc etc, that need their input.ViewDate:

Should smart motorways be scrapped? We have a section of the M20 in Kent being made into a so called ‘Smart Motorway’. Before it was started the everyday motorist could see the flaws in this concept. No prior consultation was had with motorists before they started on the work, which, undoubtedly, has cost millions of £££’s to do. This concept is not smart it’s a disaster with accidents and deaths waiting to happen. If there is an accident on these stretches of ‘Smart Motorway’ there is no way for emergency vehicles to get to them. Another huge cost for a stupid idea. Money wasted, yet again. Money that could have gone on repairing all the other roads that are a disgrace.ViewDate:

Speakers Corner CommentsI think Harry was right to express his feelings. He must have been suffering for years after his Mother’s death, with no outlet and keeping a ‘stiff upper lip’. Perhaps if His feelings had been shared in his teens then he would not have had such a wild spate and perhaps the press would have left him alone. He is Royal, Meghan has married into the Royal Family and they should expect press following them. If they want a period of respite ask the press, as was done for Prince William at one time, to give them a period of rest from press coverage to let them settle and enjoy family life for a while. Being an active Royal, unfortunately, does bring a lot of attention. In a family there are always differences and perhaps his explanation will now allow the press to get off of the tiff subject and onto more interesting news.ViewDate:

Should the Jeremy Kyle show be dropped? How the Jeremy Kyle show has been allowed to go on for so long defies belief. This and other reality shows cause more damage to mental health and does nothing to create well being and after care for participants. All reality shows should be cancelled.
