Canada, Ontario, TorontoHey!!! Sorry your blue day seems so darkening. I’m not one for cheaters and as for me I would leave ( have before) regardless of age. Your already living alone with him so why not live alone without him? But here’s the real scoop if you stay or go you have to jump on your own band wagon he will either join you or walk away because he doesn’t get it or want to see you happy. Either way you are better off for it. Don’t let him run your happiness. You run it. Keep yourself busy and maybe take love out of the equation and enjoy your new roommate. Ohhhhhh You Are So Worth It!!!! Mantra- Today I’m going to have fun for me.ViewDate:

Introducing myselfHowdy!!! Not sure how all this works but I’ve just been flipping through and answering peoples forum posts. Looking at chat. Plugging into whatever I can and learning the ropes. Maybe chat would be a good place to let people know you’re saying hi or look for someone who needs a hi said to them.ViewDate:

Early Retirement-Reentering Workforce-Resumes-Job FairsGo for less. Best advice I can give. You retired so time to pull back. Don’t go back into the work force full fledge. It’s silly and unenjoyable. Enjoy the serinity of both worlds. Look for part time or lesser pay. A job with not so many responsibilities. See what I’m saying. Work is nice and keeps us busy but retirement and down time shouldn’t be missed. The work force wants our knowledge but don’t really see us as full time so look for something that gives you the best of both worlds and tailor your resume towards it. Good luck!!!!! If you snag a job that you wanted let us know and give us some pointers!!!ViewDate:

Hello from a Silver SurferLol I unfortunately am looking for greener grass. I’m stuck in a small town tell my son graduates ( late pregnancy) unless I can convince the ex to agree to me moving with him. Avoiding arguments at all cost. I just know what I want and where I want to go. Saving for that retirement and first stop the smithsonian museum. Travel and warm weather is the rest of my life time goals. I may be stagnant now but at least it’s not because I’ve given up and resorted to just dreaming. We need to keep reminding each other life doesn’t stop at a certain age. Sometimes at a certain age life begins. Thanks for the reminder!!!ViewDate:

Being DifferentTransition is so hard. I’ve been divorced for 4 years now and still feel the same way. How do I say this? People around me, my age, are to old. I don’t want to be 20 again, or even 48. I just don’t want to settle into wishing about the past and seeing the further as a grumpy place. I’ve got the here and now and I’m still living it. So sometimes it hard to find the others that are still living in the here and now. Time to look at yourself and see how much more you have to offer outside your comfort bubble. Your talents would be welcomed at the 4-h club, travel companies, wilderness camps, YouTube channels, and more. Lots of adults to talk to but they’re not going to come to you. You’ve got to find them. “Make new friends but keep the old. One is silver and the others gold. “
