Is it right to consider cutting postal deliveries to three days a week?Hmmm! Cost going up again isn’t it?ViewDate:

Is it right to consider cutting postal deliveries to three days a week?I have nearly missed hospital appointments due to not receiving letters on time. I’ve had to ring the department to clarify times and treatment etc. It is a shame that letter writing has declined and cards not being sent for birthdays and Christmas being replaced by good wishes on social media or via email. I usually buy my cards from a charity shop in town. This way I hope the charity should get most if not all the money and not just a percentage from a supermarket.ViewDate:

Do you think money skills should be taught in school?I think basic living skills should be taught in schools so children have some knowledge of cooking, cleaning, shopping and how to manage everyday life.ViewDate:

Should menopause be classed as a disability?I suffer from migraine and sometimes just have to lay on bed in darkened room or go about the house in sunglasses whether sunny or not. I have never thought of it as ‘a disability’ as such. Anything that stops us functioning as normal could be classed as a disability but to me a true disability is one that affects your everyday life for a very long time.ViewDate:

Will you return to Ramsay Street to watch the reboot Australian soap - Neighbours? All these ‘soaps’ appear to have the same storyline…I.e. shouting, quarrels, fights, people coming back from death and adulatory. Why do I want to watch this I ask myself.ViewDate:

Will you be sending Christmas cards this year?My card list has got less as I’ve got older but the ones I do send are bought from the Heart Charity Shop or the Blue Cross shop. What a shame the Post Office cannot reduce the price of stamps over the Christmas period as there are lots of people who really look forward to a card or letter coming through the letterbox.ViewDate:

Do you rake up your leaves?I tend to just leave the garden until Spring and then tidy up a bit. I feel some will be taken down by worms and it protects the base of the plant from frost and ice etc. I cut back plants that may have overgrown onto paths too much but leave the rest to birds and insects.ViewDate:

Is sleeping in separate beds the beginning of the end?It is only the beginning of the end if the relationship is already in trouble. There are many reasons for not sleeping in the same bed and a good nights sleep is one. Sex is not limited to a double bed.ViewDate:

Do you support Just Stop Oil activists or have they gone too far?Yes people have a right to protest peacefully as long as it does not impede others going about their daily lives. A case in point is an ambulance or fire engine being held up from attending an incident.ViewDate:

Should we consider limiting children's smartphone use time?I feel phones in schools should be banned and the child should concentrate on what the teacher is saying and communicate with their classmates.ViewDate:

Do you ask guests to take their shoes off when they come into your home?I have wood floors so easy to wipe over and clean. If I had wall to wall carpeting, I would ask them to remove their shoes as my front door opens straight into the hall.ViewDate:

Do you think XL Bully dogs should be banned?I am in two minds re banning so cannot say yes or no. In most, if not all cases, it is the owner who is training their dog to attack and be a status symbol of their inadequate bullying personality.ViewDate:

Do you think that the speed limit should be reduced to 20mph on all urban roads?I understood that most speeding fatalities were incurred at a high speed than 50-60mph. Whilst the Ida of slower speeds on all roads is a good thing, 20mph on some is a bit too slow and causes impatience.ViewDate:

Do you make your bed as soon as you get out of it?I feel a good airing with an open window freshens the bedding. Smooth out the bottom sheet, plump up and turn pillows and leave for a few hours before making ready for the net sleep.ViewDate:

Do you agree with the decision to axe HS2 northern leg?I meant to press yes but pressed no by mistake and can’t seem to go back. Money should be spent in local communities to make travelling easier around towns and villages. A decent bus/tram or train service locally would not only enhance people’s lives but would be less isolating for many.ViewDate:

Have you switched supermarkets for your main weekly shop?I swop and change about as no one shop sells every item you prefer. M&S fresh veg are first class. Tesco has many low prices for club card holders. Sainsbury’s has other things I cannot get in Tesco. Waitrose also have excellent fresh produce and I like their organic meats.ViewDate:

Do you still use your cookbooks or have you shifted to online recipes?I have many recipe books but only a few “keep going back to recipes” in each. I also adapt most recipes to what I like or have in the cupboard. I do look on line but there is something about having a row of recipe books on the shelf.ViewDate:

Should the much-loved books of Roald Dahl be rewritten?I wonder why the so called Woke Brigade don’t target all the so called role models we see getting drunk, taking drugs and generally behaving without any thought for the young who watch them on the tele.ViewDate:
