Does Valentine's Day place too much emphasis on romantic love? There is nothing sweeter than romantic, and with all the violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and all the other terrible horrible things that are happening in the world, including the current pandemic, the world needs a bit of romance. One definition of romance - a quality or feeling of mystery excitement and remoteness from everyday life!ViewDate:

Would you welcome a vaccine passport? When I had my first jab, I was given a card, showing my name, and date of birth, the date, and type of vaccine e.g. Pfizer, and Batch number. When I get my second jab, the details will be recorded on the same card! As long as I don’t lose it of course . I have got a photo of it on my phone thoughViewDate:

Would you vote to legalise euthanasia?Only God has the right to say when someone should die. Not everyone loves their elderly parents, to some they are just “in the way”, especially those who share households, and need help with their normal day to day activities. Then there are those who live in houses that will be willed to their children, but the children want the parents gone, and the house sold so that they can get their inheritance. Euthanasia is dangerous for all sorts of reasonsViewDate:

Would you have a fake lawn in your garden?Fake hair, fake eyelashes, fake boobs, fake flowers, fake grass etc. etc. Why can’t we be content with what God gave us?ViewDate:

Is a second national lockdown for vulnerable over 50s the right way forward? At the risk of making myself unpopular, I will say it would be far better to lockdown the morons who don’t social distance, and never have. To lockdown all the people of any age who don’t believe that Covid exists, and those who are stupid enough to believe that they are invulnerable to a disease that knows no borders. There are an awful lot of people who are like that, and have no thought for others, or even for themselves truth be told. As usual it’s the minority who make it bad for the majority. How long can people be expected to be locked down, before it begins to seriously affect their physical and mental, and emotional health. If people won follow the rules for social distancing, wearing masks etc. let them be confined to their homesViewDate:

Will you opt for the flu jab this year?I am in my seventies, I always have my flu jab, and this year will be no exception. I have in recent years had a shingles jab, and a one off pneumonia jab. Prevention is always better than cureViewDate:

Win a Simba Hybrid® Mattress worth up to £899 and wake up to a better night’s sleep. The pedometer watch would count my steps up to bed and my Simba mattress, and the Droplet would be marvellous for my brother in law who is very sick, and needs constant reminding to drink his water. So if my name comes up first in each draw, I would put the prizes to very great useViewDate:

Should Strictly introduce same-sex couples? It works as it is, it doesn’t need to be changed. I will stop watching a programme that I really look forward to, each year, not because I am homophobic, bu because it would change the whole ambiance of the show.ViewDate:

HAVE YOU SEEN BRIDGET JONES'S BABY?I suppose if you think getting children to use bad language, and exposing very small children to lewd talk and bad language is good you would enjoy it, but it spoiled it for me. It makes me wonder just how low film -makers will go to make money. This may make me subject to ridicule, but a line has to be drawn somewhere. Children need to be protected, as does their innocence.
