The best online diet tools and resourcesIntermittent fasting or the 5.2 diet has worked for us. It only requires calorie counting two days a week although I suppose if you binge eat on the other five days it would not work. We have also found that we are able to eat much smaller portions on non fasting days. Over Christmas, when we did not fast and ate chocolate and puddings, we did not put on weight again!
