The day my world collapsed

Well how do I start …. this photo is of me and my grandson Josh the day before he left to live in Australia.

I wanted him to be happy and not sad at leaving me, although my heart was breaking losing my youngest son as well, so I decided to hire a costume and Limo and turn up unannounced at there door.

I then took them for a meal with cake in the shape of the Australian map; we had cocktails the works, and my grandson never had a clue it was me under the suit.   You should have seen his face when I took the head off!  I think he will remember this day for a very long time, as I know I will.  I think I lost half a stone with the sweating under the suit!

They are all doing very well there I’m glad to say, and I’m saving up my pennies to get a trip there to see them all as I love and miss them dearly .
