Each year, The Gambia Experience like to recognise their top performing hotels for their continued commitment through their prestigious Hotel Awards. These awards are there to acknowledge and commend those Gambian properties which offer the best customer service and as a result receive stellar feedback from their customers.

With feedback sourced from a number of locations, including Feefo – the leading independent review company – and The Gambia Experience’s own holiday questionnaires, the awards up for grabs were as follows: Outstanding Customer Feedback, Excellent Customer Feedback and Best Customer Service.

We are delighted to see that Ngala Lodge in The Gambia received the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Service for the third year running.
